To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a full-time or part-time receptionist (m/f/d) to join us starting March 1, 2027, or as agreed.

Ideally, you have experience in the hospitality industry or are a motivated career changer
You’re communicative, open-minded, and enjoy interacting with people

You’re flexible and willing to work on weekends and holidays

Your main responsibilities:

You warmly welcome and assist our guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
You process reservations, inquiries, and guest correspondence
You serve as the point of contact for guest requests and find appropriate solutions, even when handling complaints
You handle organizational and administrative tasks as part of your daily reception duties

You will assist with conferences and events and help ensure their smooth execution
You will attend to our guests at the bar, including preparing and serving drinks and light snacks
You will manage the cash register and ensure accurate accounting
You will work closely with other departments and contribute to the smooth operation of the hotel

Kitchen Manager / Head Chef (m/w/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef (m/f/d) for our two hotels, starting immediately or by agreement.

Are you a passionate chef who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and taking on responsibility? Do you love delighting guests with fresh, creative dishes and want to play an active role in shaping our culinary offerings?

Then you’ve come to the right place!

Your Profile:

You have completed an apprenticeship as a chef and have several years of professional experience
Ideally, you have some experience leading and organizing a kitchen team
You are creative, curious, and enjoy developing new ideas
You work independently, in a structured and cost-effective manner, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting hands-on
You’re a team player, reliable, and flexible with your schedule—including for last-minute shifts in the afternoon, evening, on weekends, and on holidays

Your main responsibilities:

You’ll take charge of managing and organizing our kitchen operations in both hotels and lead our kitchen team
You’ll actively assist in the breakfast kitchen every day, ensuring the preparation, cooking, and attractive presentation of our breakfast buffets
You’ll develop fresh, homemade breakfast specialties as well as creative menu offerings for our bars
You will plan and prepare menus, buffets, and finger foods for conferences and events—even for last-minute requests

You will be responsible for purchasing, inventory management, cost calculation, and cost-effective use of supplies
You will coordinate workflows and ensure compliance with our hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP
You will, of course, also be responsible for cleaning the kitchen areas and performing regular dishwashing duties
You will work closely with the service staff, the front desk, and hotel management

Here’s what you can expect in this position:

A varied role encompassing breakfast service, conference catering, and events
Responsibility for two hotel kitchens with a high degree of autonomy and room for creative ideas
No traditional à la carte service and no daily evening service
Primarily working hours from 5:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., supplemented by flexible shifts based on our event schedule
